I suppose I should start by saying that i may delve into areas other than sewing, seeing as I won't be able to stop spending hours trawling Pinterest, Twitter and the many amazing blogs out there. You never know what this could include but most likely gardening, cooking, crafty things and woody projects I want to other half to make for me. (pretty please)
I'm not great at sewing everything yet but I'm willing to give things a go. So far i have made all the curtains in our little country cottage, (with fleecy lining to try keep us warm in the Scottish winters), a sofa cover, seat cushions for a rocking chair and our kitchen table. Clothes wise I have not got too far, having so far made a dress, a skirt and a half finished dress. And that's where I am now, about to start making two Colette patterns, the Sorbetto tank top and the Madeleine mini bloomers. You will have to forgive me for potential bad posts in the future as I figure out how to go about this blogging malarkey.

PS I think I forgot to mention Elvis the cat who will appear in a few photos along the way! Isn't he cute!
